Training on "Customer handling techniques for Banks and related Establishments" in four wollega Zones
This training focused on how to increase customer satisfaction by giving good service.
This training was managed by a group of two instructors from Commerce department for the four Wollega zones. The trainers were able to reach the four Wollega zones town Banks and related establishments.
