Customer handling techniques for hotels and restaurants
This training focused on how to increase customer satisfaction by giving good service.
This training was managed by a group of three instructors from hotel and tourism management department for two days in the four Wollega zones. Having the motto of Customer is King, the trainers were able to reach the four Wollega zones town waiters from medium to large scale hotel establishments. One of surviving techniques in this global competition is to outsmart other competitors, which could be done by having knowledge and skill to attract, satisfy and retain customers. Total of 100 waiters from the zonal towns attended the training.
