Enhancing growth and opportunities for small and micro enterprises
This training was delivered by a group of three instructors, two from accounting and one from management. The focus was to equip small business owners with the basic knowledge of financial management ,starting from recording daily income and expenses. One way of reducing unemployment rate is to organize unemployed people in micro and small scale enterprises. Even if the intention of the government is to produce competent entrepreneurs who bring tangible change ,most of the time the business fails to survive in this competitive market situation. The reason for successful business development is financial management and it was also the focus of the training.Hence a total of 80 micro and small scale enterprise owners participated in the training from Nekemte town and attended the training for two days.
