Entrepreneurship training for unemployed found in four Wollega zones

​

This training was delivered by management department instructors in group of 8 in all four zonal towns of Wollega. This training had an aim of inculcating  job creation skills. A total of 200 youth from the different areas have participated on the training and commented that the training was very important for people like them who simply sit and wait for job offerings from someone.

                               The feedback

• The trainees appreciated the trainers’ knowledge, experience , and for showing how to best utilize and exploit opportunities around them.

• Most trainees said that being an entrepreneur is  simple if there is commitment towards saving

• The training is timely and need based for all youth

• They recommended that the training should address many more unemployed youth

• The training content was very impressive
