Community service done Title:-Training on Customer care for waiters in Hotel Industry

This community work was undertaken by the staff from management department-Hotel and Tourisim. The aim was to help Waiters enhance their customer care skills in Hotel industry. The beneficiaries were more than 35 waiters from various Hotels.

​

The purpose of the community service was to encourage waiters in the hotel industry to improve their skills so that better customer satisfaction can be  achieved.
